Raw Material Verification
We source only high-grade pure virgin wool, premium long-staple cotton, and certified technical synthetics. Cones and leather hides undergo thickness, density, and tensile strength audits before being sent to knitting circular looms.
Color Fastness & Bleed Tests
We test our dyed yarn against UV exposure, repeated machine laundering, and artificial sweat acids. This guarantees that military olive, Maroon, Navy Blue, and khaki shades stay uniform and do not run or bleed in extreme weather.
Reinforced Seam Strength
Uniform joints, armpits, elbows, and epaulets undergo stretch and friction tests. We use industrial multi-thread stitching to prevent tears or seam separations during active physical movements.
Shrinkage & Wash Controls
Fabric swatches go through pre-washing cycles to measure dimensional changes. We blend natural and synthetic fibers to achieve shrink-resistant properties, keeping size profiles constant after multiple dry clean or wash cycles.
Military Specifications Matching
We matching measurements, weight per square meter (GSM), and thread density against requested military or institutional blueprints to ensure full contract alignment for defence tenders.
Marine-Grade Export Packaging
